This is a sad day for me, as i will say goodbye to The Holmberg Legacy. It was my first Legacy that i have documented and therefor i will look back with joy and regret that i couldn't finish it.
The reason i had to stop with it is that my sims 3, as is common with a lot of you guys, is very buggy. There has been a kind of game breaking glitch that has occurred for a couple of days now and it makes the game almost unplayable. The thing that made it quite clear that i couldn't keep playing, though, was the fact that the new Sims 3 game launcher, that was revealed on Thursday the 12th of November, uninstalled all my Sims 3 games.
Due to this, I have decided to throw myself on The Sims 4 instead. There is a new Sims 4 Legacy blog out there with my name on it and it is called The Bloom Legacy, where we will meet Veronica Bloom.
You can find The Bloom Legacy HERE!
I thank you all for reading this legacy and hope that you will all follow me to my next legacy.
Hugs and love to you all -
from Kaffepigen/Skyfri_Himmel.

3.5 Big News
"That's it, we'll get rid of these flees in no time." I said as i bathed Cassh, one of the newest members of our family. During the past year i had adopted two horses, two cats and a dog. The cats names were Cassh and Iina. They were the rarest race of cats - American Wirehair. Their coat was like a terrier's but still soft in a strange way. They were truly rare and it had taken me a long time to find two different litters to adopt from. It had been expensive as well, but it was all worth it. I wanted them to mate so i could have kittens. They were a some playful little things. They loved to run around chasing each other.
Since Lulu was now too old to have puppies i didn't really need another dog, but i wanted one since in my head it suited a farm to have a dog. He was a German Shorthair Pointer and his name was Brooks.
The horses were of the breed Pinto. They were obedient and easy to handle. Their names were Neela and Dash. In Isaac's opinion i should have stayed with just the cats, as he said they were going to be a handful when we were gonna have children. Isaac had moved in with me about six months ago. We wanted to be with each other all the time, as well as he could help out with the animals.
I prepared for the last performance that fall. It was to be held in the park where the annual fall festival was at the moment.
It was definitely a night to remember as i strummed away on my guitar and sang my favorite songs.
There weren't a lot of guests to perform for, but the ones that had shown up cheered for me, and it meant the world to me. Afterwards i walked through the festival checking out the different attractions that it had this year.
I visited the Haunted House.
And entered the Pie Eating Contest, which i won.
In the winter i took the horses out for riding around the neighborhood.
During the next couple of years my number of performances dropped significantly to the point that most people had forgotten about me.
"You can't keep doing this!" Isaac yelled to me. "Why are you so willing to let yourself go because of your pets?"
"Do i have to remind you that you wanted to help take care of them?" I shot back at him. "You know how much they mean to me."
"You mean how much all animals mean to you. Not just these pets you have acquired." He gave me a stern look. "You know what i think? I think you are trying to fill out the void that has been in your heart ever since your mom died."
I bit my lip.
"See? I know you know i'm right. This is it. I can't handle this anymore. It is either me or your pets."
I stared at him in disbelief. "You can't be serious? You want me to get rid of all my pets or you are leaving? Are you insane?"
"Not all your pets, just the horses and Brooks. Don't you want a family with me? Children and grandchildren? You can't have it both ways. I can't deal with both children and all these animals. It's too much. I have a job to do, and you do too if I remember correctly. When was the last time you were out performing? We need the money. Our income has dropped dramatically in the last few years."
I looked down at my feet with tears in my eyes. "I know. You're right. This has to stop. I will put the horses and Brooks up for adoption tomorrow morning."
He came over and hugged me, rocking me back and forth. "There there, it will be alright. Don't worry. You will be happier too once you are out performing again. Remember it was your dream to become a famous singer. People are starting to look away from you and forgetting you. You need to make a big come back!" We stood there for a while holding each other. "Hey! I have a great idea. If you can get a gig at the park, we can invite all our friends down there and have a big celebration of your come back. It will be great, trust me."
"I trust you," I said, breathing in his scent. I loved how he smelled. His natural scent was so overpowering.
"If you want we can rebuild the house so we don't have the barn anymore."
I guess that made sense. It would be painful for me to walk by there and remembering how i got rid of my lovely horses.
"By the way don't you think it is time for Ian to move out too? It would be nice to have the house to ourselves."
"Stop!" I stood up straight and looked him into the eyes. "One thing is my animals but I am not kicking out Ian. He is welcome to stay as long as he wants."
"Okay i'm sorry. Of course he can stay." He said as he pulled me into a hug again. "I'll call the builders for a meeting on Friday. Then we can get started at rebuilding the house."
"That sounds great," I said talking into his chest. God i loved him. He was the greatest thing that had ever happened to me. I was so thankful for moving to this amazing town.
I sold the horses and Brooks and soon the builders were busy with rebuilding the house, while we lived at a hotel. The house turned out amazing! Isaac really had a knack for house designs.
Not long after we had rebuild the house, I fell ill. It started an afternoon when i was getting ready to go perform my first show in a long time that night. We had invited all friends and family to the event so they could watch as i made my come back as a singer. I suddenly felt an urge to throw up and i hurried to the bathroom.
"Honey are you okay in there?" I heard Isaac at the door. It made sense. That man had ears like a hawk had eyes. "Yes I- I'm fine, thanks!" I called out to him.
"Okay... well i'm heading to work in a minute. Do you need anything beforehand?"
"No no, i'm fine. Just... go to work. I'll be out in a minute." I raised myself up to look in the mirror. Was i glowing? It must just be from throwing up so hard. That was the worst i had ever thrown up. Even the late parties i had been to in my life hadn't causes me to throw up that hard.
I moved my hands down to my stomach. Had i gained weight? My stomach was protruding a little. Wait. It couldn't be. But it would explain it all.
I drove to the pharmacy in a hurry. When i got home i went to the bathroom to take the test. A few moments later my suspicions had been confirmed. I was pregnant. So much for a big come back. At least the man behind the counter at the pharmacy had recognized me and he had even asked for an autograph, saying it was sad i had retired. I had said i was not retired at all and that i was going to make a come back soon. "Not if you're pregnant you aren't," he had said. I guess he was right. I couldn't go perform when i was pregnant. I needed to relax for the baby's sake.
I called my agent to cancel the show. He got really mad at me, yelling how i could be so reckless to get pregnant. "How can you say that!" I said to him deeply hurt. "I will love this baby from the world and beyond. How dare you to say that i was reckless. If you can't accept i need time off the stage because of pregnancy i guess i will have to find a new agent." and i hung up before he had a chance at replying. I took the rest of the day to read books on pregnancy and to wait for Isaac to come home. Ian was playing a game at the stadium so i couldn't even call him.
When Isaac arrived home that night he found me watching television in my sweats. "Hi honey," he greeted me with a kiss. "Are you alright? You never sit around in sweats watching tv and," he pointed at the large empty bowl on the coffee table that had once been full of chips, "eating a whole bowl of chips! What's wrong?"
I looked up into his beautiful green eyes. "I'm pregnant." I said. I waited for a response but he said nothing. "Did you hear what i said? I'm pregnant!"
"I can't tell you how happy i am," he said truly sounding very happy. "Congratulations honey! By the way how did the show go tonight?"
"I didn't go. I can't perform when i'm pregnant." I said sadly.
"That's too bad honey. But now now we are going to be parents. Wow," he said to himself. "I'm gonna be a dad. Holy moly!"
"Let me take you out tonight. I think we both need a break from it all, at least for a couple of hours."
"Really?" It had been a while since he had asked me out. "That sounds wonderful dear. I can't wait." I smiled at him while bubbling inside.
Since Isaac got off work so late, we couldn't get to the restaurant before they closed so instead we went to the diner downtown.
As we finished the dessert, he said: "I have a surprise for you outside," and winked at me. He took my hand and i followed him outside of the diner. He held me close and kissed me tenderly.
"I love you and i will love you forever," he said getting down on one knee.
"Beatrice Holmberg," his green eyes looking deeply into mine, "Will you marry me?"
"Yes," I said quietly, a stray tear on my cheek. He put the ring on my finger and kissed it. We hugged and kissed. "Come on," he said with a wink, tugging at my hand. We hurried home, got undressed and crawled under the covers on our bed. "I love you so much," I whispered in his ear. He looked at me with passion in his eyes as he lowered himself under the covers so he was covered completely and did unspeakable things to me that gave me great pleasure. We made love that night like it was the first time all over again. My life felt perfect at that moment. I was so happy.

Solved The Problem
In THIS THREAD i found a link to HERE and i was able to change the language on both sims 3 and sims 4 to English, so now that is covered. I hate playing in danish. Danish can be a beautiful language, but when you are used to play in English, and therefor also don't have to deal with bad translations, you just don't want to have to play in other languages. I have always preferred English above all other languages so this is a big relief to me.
I'm also excited to now be able to play The Sims 4 in English! This means that when i'm finished with this legacy i will probably start a Sims 4 legacy :)
Anyway, thanks for reading and i hope you will keep reading as we continue with the legacy of the Holmberg family.

NEWS!
NEWS!
Since the update on November 12, my game is now in Danish for some reason. I have read on the forum that EA is now using the language file that is used in Sims 4, so i don't know whether I will be able to change it back. If not, i will try to translate the stuff the best way that i can into the blog. If there is errors in my translation, and you know the right word/spelling for it, please let me know for future use.
Also if you know a way to change the language without reinstalling the game or breaking the game, please let me know either in the comments below or in the forum HERE.
I haven't checked yet whether the names of the sims in town has been changed to danish names yet, but if they have i have no other choice than to just use them, unfortunately.
Thank you for reading my blog. More updates will be out soon!

3.4 Part Two: Performances and Love
"Camille, our mother, was to many people a great football player with a good heart. Those of us who knew her best can say she was a great mom with a big heart and a love for cooking. She loved us all a great deal and made a big thing out of getting up early and making breakfast for us all every morning. It meant the world to us. We have a lot of good memories of her, and" I tried not to cry as i held my speech at my mother's funeral. "She was a good woman, a great friend, and an even better mother."
I ended my speech and got down from the podium for the priest to take over.
I was glad to see Isaack among the guests. After the ceremony he came over and hugged me. I let myself cry on his shoulder and he comforted me by rocking me back and forth and saying everything would be okay. He was here for me.
As she was laid in the ground i withstood the urge to jump down and be buried with her. We all took in turn to throw dirt on the casket. Afterwards we all back to my house to eat the food i had catered, as the gravedigger finished covering the casket with dirt.
"I'm so sorry for your loss," was, i found out, the most common phrase at a funeral. Ian kept himself in the background as usual. He wasn't shy or a loner, but for some reason he had grown to dislike crowds or just people in general. I had to pull him out of this loneliness somehow. But i couldn't focus on that right now. I had guests to entertain.
I had locked myself in my bedroom for days now, only to come out to eat or go to the bathroom. Ian had tried pulling me out of there several times. "Bea you need to come out. People are counting on you. I don't want to have to admit it, but i need your help with money. And," i raised myself on my arms as i heard a bark at the door. "Lulu misses you. She needs her mommy." It was very uncharacteristic of Ian to worry like that, at least i thought it was. It was hard to get inside his head.
He was right. I couldn't carry on like this. As head of the household i had responsibilities to take care of my family. I slowly got out of bed and got dressed.
I opened the door to find both Ian and Lulu standing there waiting for me. "Good job Bea. Now lets get down stairs and make dinner."
Was it dinner time already? Good god, i had slept all day.
"It's fine, i'll do it." I said, knowing he would just screw it up. He had definitely not inherited our mother's ability to cook. I made us some Mac and Cheese and we sat down to eat together.
"Are you over it already?" I asked, looking up from my meal.
He first looked up at me, then down saying: "No, but i think i handle it better than you. You haven't been out of the house in days. You need to see other people. That boyfriend of yours has been calling for you for the last couple of days none stop."
"He's not my boyfriend."
"My point is people care about you and you're just ignoring them. Maybe we should have a party, to gather everyone important to us."
"No thank you. I don't want a pity party. I just have to get out and perform again. It's the only way."
We ate the rest of the meal in silence as darkness fell upon the city outside. Afterwards we sat together in the living room watching the local news tv. I had missed a lot during the last few days of my solitude.
The next day i went down to the park where there were held the annual Summer Festival, to watch the singers of the town perform.
It was a great show. It made me want to perform even more. To become the greatest singer of them all. I wanted fame and fortune, and i knew there were only one way of getting it - hard work. I started doing sing-a-grams again, now for better pay every time. It was all a way for me to get over the death of my mother.
Then one night i thought enough was enough. I wanted Isaack and he was not going to get away. I knew he was single and i knew i was the right girl for him, he just didn't know it yet. So i asked him out to watch a show downtown. As the show ended i felt an urge to cry, to just let it all out. He must have noticed the tear that fell down my cheek, as he pulled me into a hug and i cried on his shoulder.
I looked up into his eyes and out of the blue i just kissed him.
As our lips parted he whispered to me "Bea. My lovely Bea," and kissed me again with great passion.
We spend the rest of the night together under the stars, just talking about this and that.
When it was time to go home he asked me to go steady with him and I happily accepted. Now i had everything i wanted.
A few nights later he asked me out on our first real date. First we went to the local karaoke bar to sing romantic songs together.
After a few drinks at the bar we went to the diner next door to have a late dinner. I invited him back to my house where we made sweet love all night.
We slept until 3 o'clock in the afternoon where i stood up and got ready for my big gig later that evening. Isaack had to work so he could unfortunately not make it that night, but Ian showed up to support me and it meant the world to me.
At the show Ian met Chen Tai. She was a tourist from China. They ended up talking quite a while and when young Maria Best decided to try out the karaoke machine, they danced together like they had known each other forever.
A couple months later on a Monday morning my agent called me up and said i had a gig that very night at Flying V's Coffeehouse. Apparently they loved my last performance there and they wanted to hire me again as the evenings entertainment.
"That's great honey," Isaack said as we laid in bed together. "It won't be long before you are rich and famous."
"I don't know. I want this so bad, but sometimes i feel i'm not good enough. What if people don't like me? What if they are just pretending to like me so they won't hurt my feelings?"
"What if, what if... you can't live your life on a "what if". I'm sure they all love you. Why would they spend money on hiring you if they didn't like you? Listen to me good, you are a great performer. And i love to see you perform." He looked deep into my eyes. "I love you," he said without hesitation. Then i knew i could do anything as long as i had him by my side. "I love you too," I said completely truthful.
I ended my speech and got down from the podium for the priest to take over.
I was glad to see Isaack among the guests. After the ceremony he came over and hugged me. I let myself cry on his shoulder and he comforted me by rocking me back and forth and saying everything would be okay. He was here for me.

Listen to me good, you are a great performer. And i love to see you perform." He looked deep into my eyes. "I love you," he said without hesitation. Then i knew i could do anything as long as i had him by my side. "I love you too," I said completely truthful.
3.4 Part One: Starlight Shores
I took deep breaths as i enjoyed the fresh air coming in through my window. I had just had the best night sleep i had had in a long time. I stood up and looked out through the window. Starlight Shores looked beautiful in the morning light. I got dressed and went downstairs to the kitchen where my mom and Ian was already digging into the freshly made pancakes.
"Good morning," I greeted them.
"Good morning indeed. It's 9 o'clock already. You just woke up?" My mom was always up early. She felt it was good to get ahead of the day. Ian didn't even look up as i entered the room. I sat down at the plate that was put out for me and began eating. My mom made the best pancakes. It was even rumored back in Moonlight Falls that she made the best pancakes in the entire town.
Ian had finally started growing facial hair. He had wanted that for a long time, but just hadn't been able to.
"So, what are you going to do today?" my mom asked me. Seeing how i had just relaxed the last week since we moved here, she had a bit of an attitude against me.
"Well i was thinking of heading down to the park to see if i can catch the Proprietor in town. I heard that he usually hung out there, looking for new potential clients."
She looked up from her breakfast. "That sounds like a splendid idea! You need to get out more. You've just been sulking around the house ever since we arrived here. It isn't healthy for you, dear."
"I haven't been sulking around," I said offended. "I've just taken my time to get used to the town, that's all. Ian is the one sulking."
"Hey! I never wanted to move here. You guys forced me. I had a fine life back home," he exclaimed.
"Yeah with your drug buddies," I threw at him.
He stuck out his tongue at me like a child. "You're so childish. Why don't you grow up."
"You grow up."
God damn. "I have to get going," I said, getting up. I put the plate in the dish washer and called a cab. We had had to sell the car to be able to afford other things. As i stood waiting for the cab, i looked up at our house. It was beautiful. It was all i had ever wanted, and more. It was three stories tall with four bedrooms and five bathrooms. It was a beautifully decorated house, both inside and outside.
We had a barn ready for horses. I just needed a bit more money so i could buy one. And then some more money so i could buy another one, and then breed them. I also wanted a mate for Lulu. She needed a playmate and i also wanted to breed puppies with her that i could then put up for adoption. Maybe even keep one pup. Anyway i needed some money to achieve all that, and what better way than getting a job.
I went straight for the park and there i found the proprietor. His name was George Durelli. He wasn't exactly what i would call attractive but again, i wasn't going to date him so it didn't really matter. I told him i wanted to become a singer. "It means a lot of hard work, and many never actually succeeds getting famous. Are you sure you want to pursue this career?" He looked at me like he didn't think i had it in me. I think it might have shown how new i was to this town. I didn't know its secrets or the best way to communicate with the citizens, but i knew one thing: "I have what it takes, sir. I know i do. I have many dreams. One of which to be a singer. Another one i need money for. Money i don't have at the moment, but i am sure i will get from singing and performing. Just give me the chance to prove i am worth betting on. Please, i beg you."
What was that look he gave me? What it pity?
"There there," he said. "I know money can be a tough issue in the beginnings. I have been there myself once." He gave me a predominantly look, then said: "Alright, i'll give you a chance to prove yourself. But you must put all your effort into this. Now, the first thing you will have to do is perform sing-a-grams to people around town. You will get phone calls when there is a request, explaining what the given case is about. It can be anything from a cheer up to a love song from a dear one. It might seem degrading and pointless, but it is the best way to get your name out there. As you progress you will start to get gigs around town. I will do what ever i can to help you, but it all relies on your effort. Again, are you sure you are up for this?"
"I'm sure!" I said
"Good, that's the spirit! A good way to get your name spread through the community is to play on your guitar on any venue you fancy. And you can even earn a few tips along the way. Now get out there and show people what you got!"
I started straight away. People were gathered around the park, either having a picnic with friends or just hanging around talking to people they meet. They started to notice me and enjoying my music. I even got a few tips from bystanders.
Already the next day i got phone calls from people who wanted a sing-a-gram delivered to friends and family. My first performance was for a lady who had had a bad day. Her boyfriend, to whom she had complained to, called and asked me to perform for her to cheer her up.
Next up was Isaack Luck. It was his birthday and i was to congratulate him with singing and dancing.
I couldn't help notice how handsome he was. After i had performed for him i introduced myself to him.
I found out he was Virtuoso (just like me!) ambitious, genius and a workaholic. He worked as a Band Manager in the Music career. We talked for a while until i was called up again. When i was done for the day i headed home to find Ian and my mom had already gone to bed. I took a plate of some leftover in the fridge and sat down to eat, pondering about the day. It had been quite good. I found it okay to do sing-a-grams as i met a lot of different people that way and i was able to brighten their day just by singing and dancing. It made me feel good about myself.
Terrance had moved into his own house when we moved here. He had found a cute little one bedroom house down beside the water.
Ian was being quite grumpy lately. I suspected it was because he was now drug free and he was experiencing the "joy" of living like everybody else. He had taken a job at the sports stadium as a Rabid Fan. It wasn't exactly his dream job but he had to start somewhere.
In the meantime i had gotten my very first gig at Flying V's Coffeehouse. It wasn't big but it was a start. People watched as i did my best at performing and giving them a good experience.
As i descended from the scene i saw Terrance standing in the back of the crowd.
"Hey Terrance," I said as i approached him.
"Hi Bea. Great show!"
"Thanks. Hey are you coming to my party tonight?"
"Sure, i wouldn't miss it for the world."
"That's great. Well I guess I'll see you soon then. Bye," i left the area in a cab and drove home to prepare for the pool party i was having that evening. I had invited a lot of people. Most of them I had met by doing sing-a-grams.
I stood by the stereo dancing along the music with Terrance. Ian was sulking in a corner like usual, making no effort to talk to anyone. I had told him he needed to attend the party and socialize, but apparently he ignored one of my requests.
"Are you having a good time?" I asked Terrance.
"I am, thanks for inviting me."
"Well of course, you're my brother."
My eye wandered around the room, looking for one particular person. After a while i went outside to see if he was there.
I spotted him in the pool among the other guests. Isaack Luck was my newest crush. It was him i dreamed about at night and longed to see in the daytime. Besides inviting him to the party, i hadn't talked to him since that night i did the sing-a-gram to him.
He caught my eye and i shyly looked away.
"Hey Bea! Get into the pool!" He called out to me. "It's time for the hostess to join the party!"
I considered it for a moment and then lowered myself into the pool. "Hey thanks for coming to my party Isaack." I said. "I'm really glad you could make it."
He glared at me with a strange look on his face. "Of course i would attend to your party Bea. You're a cool friend."
Friend. Of course. I had been so stupid. He didn't see me as nothing else than a friend.
I guess he could sense i had become sad because he said: "Are you okay? You suddenly went all quiet." He took on a playful look in his eyes and splashed me with water, pulling me out of my trance. I splashed him back and for a while we did nothing else.
Then Terrance came outside and asked for me to perform.
I got out of the water and started singing, the guests gathering around me. They even tipped me.
Terrance stood a in the back and urged me on, clapping his hands. I gave it my best shot and they loved it.
As I laid down in bed i thought of the party. It had gone quite well, despite the fact that Isaack only sees me as a friend. I had to do something about that. How could i turn it around? I had to find a way.
"Good morning," I greeted them.
"Good morning indeed. It's 9 o'clock already. You just woke up?" My mom was always up early. She felt it was good to get ahead of the day. Ian didn't even look up as i entered the room. 3.3 Wedding and Drugs
LuLu loved bathing time. The way the bubbles spread across her body and the warmth from the water. I bathed her in the downstairs bathtub.
I had been out shopping the other day and went to the stylist to get a makeover. I let my hair down for a change and i quite liked it. My new dress was so cute and pink! I loved it.
Everything had started going well now. Mom had finally realized that i was responsible enough to take care of a dog. Elle had started planning her wedding. She had even bought a wedding dress. and Terrance had gotten a job as a ghost hunter. We fade fun of him when he came home and told us, but after i went on a job with him and saw the ghosts, or spirits if you will, for myself, i didn't doubt him no more.
We found an orange spirit. Terrance said those were typically the most wrathful of them all. He started the Banshee Banisher he had gotten when he started out and pulled in the spirit.
When he was all done I went home and he went off to the Science Facility to deliver the spirits for scientific research.
He really enjoyed working with this. He said that this way he could make easy money and move out sooner rather than later. Even though he didn't mind having his siblings and mother around most of the time, he really wanted a place he could call his own.
When the party was over and all the guests had gone home, Javon and I laid in bed together, ready to consummate our marriage. I couldn't stop looking at him. He was beautiful and i was his wife! Life was really starting to look up.
We wanted to try to have a baby right away, so we didn't use protection. When nothing happened after a few days i took the test to see if i was pregnant. I wasn't though so we tried again. And again. And again. But to no avail. Nothing happened. After six months of trying we decided to go to the doctor for a check. Apparently I was almost unable to have children without fertility treatment. It was an expensive affair, but we wanted a baby so we agreed to have the procedure done. After another six months we finally saw results.
I was playing chess downstairs when i suddenly felt nauseated. I hurried to the bathroom and threw up all my breakfast.
Quickly i found my pregnancy test and took it.
"Honey! Honey I'm pregnant!" I yelled, running into our bedroom.
"Huh? what?," he said sleepily as i had just woken him up. "Wait, what? Oh my god!"
"I know! Isn't it wonderful?" I was overjoyed. We had wanted this for so long and now my prayers had finally been heard. No, i wasn't religious or anything, but it just sounds good in this situation.
"Wow, that's amazing news!" He was almost speechless as he went over to touch my belly.
"It will be a while before you can feel anything honey," I smiled at my joyful husband. Now our life was really starting.
We began house searching immediately. We needed something big enough for a lot of kids, but still not too expensive. It was hard to find in a small town like this. The few houses that were for sale were too expensive.
We ended up falling in love with a rather small but nice cottage. It had everything we were looking for. It even had a fireplace!
We moved out into our new home at nighttime the same day we signed the papers.
She was more peaceful. She had had a good long life and she knew her family was doing well, since she visited them often, though they could not see them. I told her how her presence was disturbing my Uncle and he had asked me to get rid of her. It saddened her but she understood that she had no place on earth anymore. She agreed to move on by herself. And so the deed was done. I had rid his house for spirits and even helped one of them find ease.
James congratulated me on my success and thanked me many times for helping him out. I went home in high spirit from my accomplishments and slept very well that night.
Bea had talked to me about how she was planning on moving to Starlight Shores as soon as she turned 18. I had promised her that i would follow her, but i would want to move out into my own place when we had moved there. She agreed, she was just happy that i would move with her so we could still see each other. She hoped that our mother would move with her as well, but i didn't believe she should get her hopes up too high. I knew my mother. She loved it here. Though she loved her children as well, so maybe there was a slight chance that she would move with us. We both hoped so. Ian was another issue. We hadn't asked him yet since we knew he thrived on being with his jock friends. They worked out together every night. We feared drugs were involved like steroids, since he could work out almost constantly and he got easily irritated at us for no apparent reason. It was a frightening thought. Sometimes we would try to just stay out of his way so we didn't anger him.

Elle's Pov
"Bea! Have you seen my necklace?"
"Which one?" she called from the other room.
"You know damn well which one."
I was in a hurry. The guests could be arriving at any time now and i needed that necklace!
She walked into my bedroom, holding the said necklace. "Is it this one?" she said innocently.
"Yes! What were you doing with it?" Why did she always have to be in the way?
"You told me to look after it for you. Don't you remember?" she looked at me like i was being stupid.
"Don't be a smart ass with me, young lady. Go get ready." I said as i locked the necklace around my neck. There. It looked perfect. I was perfect. I couldn't wait to start my life with Javon Quick! Well, actually he was going to be Javon Holmberg in just a few hours. I had invited all our family except Aidan. That traitor could stay at home where he belonged with that girl of his and their offspring. I can't believe they had a baby. A little dog like themselves. Well as long as they stayed away from me, i was fine. Bea always talked about how they were misunderstood and we should all forgive and forget. But how are we supposed to do that when our brother is a werewolf? It didn't make any sense to me.
Rrrriing!
The doorbell! The guests are here!
I hurried gracefully down the stairs and opened the door.
"Hello Elle." It was my Uncle Hans. "Congratulations on your big day." He gave me a little kiss on the cheek and i showed him into the living room. The next thirty minutes all the guests arrived. Javon had insisted on wearing a god awful outfit. I had to teach him how to dress once we were married. Mom had baked the wedding cake that now stood proudly in the kitchen ready to be cut.
As I walked down the isle in our back yard, towards Javon i kept thinking about how i couldn't wait to start my life with him, having babies and growing old together. It was a wonderful thing really, finding that one person you want to spend your life with.
After we said our "I do" we kissed a very passionate but careful kiss.
Some were cheering, others were crying. All in all a pretty good ceremony. We went inside and I cut the cake. Everyone was standing around us congratulating us on our wedding. It was the happiest day of my life! When the party was over and all the guests had gone home, Javon and I laid in bed together, ready to consummate our marriage. I couldn't stop looking at him. He was beautiful and i was his wife! Life was really starting to look up.

Beatrice's Pov
On my first night at the park playing my guitar, i earned 20 simoleons. Well, it might also have helped that i had Lulu at my side. She looked so cute standing there howling along my songs. My little princess.
In just two years i would be eighteen years old and finished with High School. It was so weird thinking back at how i was so excited to start High School and now i was going to finish it. I hadn't exactly met any cute guys like i had wished for. There was one guy though, but i didn't dare tell him about my feelings as he was dating this other girl. He was also way out of my league. He was the captain of the football team and the best looking guy at my school. It was a no go. I knew it.
Next i scanned the dining room. There i found Farida Zayat.
Terrance's Pov
After countless promotions in the Ghost Hunter profession, i was now able to see the full form of the spirits roaming the city. I had been given a scanner of a sort, that allowed me to scan for spirits. It was very helpful in cases where they were hiding from sight. One night my uncle James called me to rid his house from ghosts. I hurried over there to find the air of the place cold and unsettling. I could feel the ghosts presents, but i couldn't see them. I took out my new ghost scanner and scanned the room. Suddenly a figure appeared. His name was Louis Petit.
He had died from a fire 42 years earlier where only his ten year old daughter and his wife had survived. His two sons and himself had perished in the flames. It was a horrific story he had to tell, and i listened with eager ears. I talked with him about how full his life had been and tried to put him at ease about his family. But to that he just screamed that he was not leaving and I would have to force him to go!
I tried to reason with him but it just angered him even more. In the end i decided i had to banish him, which saddened me because that way he would be truly lost forever.

Sometimes we would try to just stay out of his way so we didn't anger him.
Ian's Pov
I ran, ran as fast as i could, though i wasn't moving one bit further. I put one foot in front of the other again and again while the music boomed away against my eardrums. I felt anger burn in my chest, spread into the rest of my body as i thought back to the conversation earlier today.
Beatrice had gathered us all in the living room to make an announcement. The last time someone had made an announcement in there was when Aidan decided to abandon his entire family. What a pathetic excuse of a brother. I might have thought he was cool at some point, but now he was just a sad man to look at. I didn't bother with visiting him anymore like Bea did. he wasn't worth it.
"So, i'm glad we could all meet up here today. I know we all have busy schedules but i have an important announcement to make. In a few days Ian and I will be turning eighteen and we will then be legally adults," she had then looked over at Terrance like she was looking for support of some sort. He had nodded in reply as to encourage her to keep talking.
"Yes well, i have decided to move to Starlight Shores on next Saturday. And Terrance is coming with me." At this point there were complete silence. You would have been able to hear a needle drop on the floor. "And I really wish you would all come with us," she had almost whispered. She had always been a gentle soul, i thought as i ran faster on the treadmill.
"And why would we uproot ourselves just to follow you?" Our mother had asked. It wasn't meant as demeaning, but somehow it sounded like it. Bea had frowned her eyebrows at this.
"Well, i just thought, you know... I want to pursue my dreams of becoming a singer and Starlight Shores offers the best possibilities for me. I want you all to come with me and support me. If you want you can live with me, and if you want your own place you can get that too. I have saved up a lot of money from playing guitar at the park. I have enough to move and with moms help," she had then looked at our mom, "I would be able to buy us a nice farmhouse at the outskirts of town. I've looked at pictures of houses and found one i like a lot. It's cute and cheap. It has all that we need at it accommodates our needs and my wish for a lot of animals. It is perfect." She showed us pictures of this house. I could tell our elderly mother was tempted. She wanted the quiet life now, without a fuss and stress. And maybe, just maybe she would get out of the loosing streak she had had with the football team lately. She would meet new teammates and get to see how they play. And when she was finally a Super Star Athlete, she could retire and live the rest of her life at a farm while her children did all the work.
"Alright," mom had finally said. "We will move with you."
"Mom!" I remembered painfully having said. "I don't want to move! I like living here. I want to get on the football team, the same team you have played with for years!"
"You will have plenty of opportunities with the team in Starlight Shores. Maybe they are even better than my team here." She had smiled up at Bea. Then it was settled. Even though i was officially an adult, one who was supposed to be able to do what he wanted and felt good about, I was now moving to a whole new town with my family, whom i had grown to despise, and there was nothing i could do about it. They were all stupid. Bea for thinking she could make it as a singer. Phff! Like that could ever happen. I had heard her sing and she was no Katy Perry, that's for sure. Maybe, just maybe she would have a chance if she took on some singing courses, but she has gotten it into her head that she is something great and new. Yeah, she would totally fail and i was not going to be around to pick her up when she did.
Terrance was a joke, with that Ghost Hunting "career" he worked so hard on. Who had ever really seen a ghost? Well Aidan had, but he was crazy. Personality disorder? It was more likely he was just doing it to get attention. I don't hate Aidan, but i just don't like him, at all. He's an attention seeking, moron. Becoming a werewolf was just another one of his stunts to get attention. He probably thought we would all cheer for him and wish him congratulations. Well everyone except for Bea thought he was crazy. Even Terrance thought he was off, even though he didn't say it. I could tell, though.
I slowed down now on the treadmill. The music was ending and i had to shower before going to bed. Even though i had gotten A's most of my time in High School and i had now made it on the honor roll, i didn't really need it to sign up for the football team. They were just seeking young, strong and determined boys, in whom they saw possibility.
I was not excited about moving. I didn't know where i would be getting my pills anymore. Yes, i was on steroids. I knew it was wrong, and possibly dangerous, but it helped me a great deal in working out. I wanted out of it though. Hm... maybe this was a way out, by moving to another town. Then i could finally put it on the shelf and not touch it anymore. It made me angry a lot of the time, i sneered at the others. They tried to avoid me a lot of the time, and it hurt me, but i can't say i blame them, i thought as i felt the cool water run through my hair, down my back to end at my feet where it ran down the drain. It felt good to be cooled down in the shower. I loved taking showers. It was where i best could think things over and get new ideas for paintings. In between my workouts and school i would paint. Either at the easel or at the drawing board. I liked drawing architectural drawings. It was a great passion of mine.
I took the towel off the wall with my name on top and dried my body with it. I had taken steroids for about six months now and i still hadn't gotten used to seeing my body so pumped up. I knew my mom and siblings were worried about me, they suspected drugs. I had seen how Bea and Terrance had been whispering together, and when i entered the room they would stop talking. I wasn't an idiot. I knew what was going on. They wanted me to move with them so i could stop taking drugs. I knew it. Did i really want to stop? Were they the reason for my success on the football team? Maybe it was time to try working out without them and see if it really made such a big difference. I guess i was ready. Ready to move, uproot my life here and get a new life in Starlight Shores with my family.

3.2 The Doggy
Her name was LuLu and she was a Yorkshire Terrier. She was an adorable little fluffy dog. She was very playful and I loved playing with her.
She also loved being brushed. For some reason she would almost purr when i stroked her with the doggy brush i had bought for 9.99 simoleons at the store.
Some day i will find her a mate and have puppies with her. I wanted to experience the joy of giving birth to puppies, more than i wanted to experience the birth of a child. It's not that i hated children, i just didn't care for them. Sure i wanted a cute little girl someday that i could dress up, make play dates for and bake cakes for. But the birthing part was not what i was looking forward to. Plus with all the work i had set before me with horses and dogs and cats, as well as i wanted to sing my way to happiness and fortune, i didn't really have time for a kid. Well, at least i'm not there yet. I still have time to prepare for my adult years. I was learning how to play guitar and i had signed up for singing classes as after school activity. My teacher said i was getting good, i just needed more practice. So i practiced every day, in the shower, on my way to school and when i go to bed i sing a little song for my princess LuLu. She sleeps in a doggy bed in my room.
Last night was my mom's birthday. She turned 60! She's getting so old. Soon she'll have to retire, but she just wants to keep working until she is Super Star Athlete. I get it. I wouldn't want to stop trying to reach my goal either. She didn't want a big party so we just celebrated us five and LuLu.
She was quite beautiful for her age. She wore elderhood graciously on her shoulders and finally let her hair down.
She didn't want a cane to support her. Instead she headed straight to work to play football. I had to admit I admire her for being so strong. She has survived two fathers of her children and her parents deaths and she's still going on strong.
About six months later Aidan called me, saying he had something he wanted to show me. That night i sneaked out of my room and hurried to his house. Turns out Wilhemina was pregnant!
"You have to tell mom," i said. "She deserves to know she's gonna have a grandchild. Maybe then she will accept you again."
He shook his head. "No, it's too late for that. And i don't think she will accept the baby either. You see, Wilhemina and I are both werewolves, and so the baby will be one too. No, our mother has set one thing straight: she does not want anything to do with me or my family. No matter how many children i may produce."
When i left i was very sad on his behalf. How could mom be so short sighted? She had abandoned one of her children. What kind of mother does that?!
"God i've missed you Elle. This last year has really shown me how much you mean to me. Would you by any chance even think about getting back together with me?" Yuck! Bea couldn't believe how cheesy he sounded.
"Of course i would," Elle said, much to Bea's disapproval. "In fact." There were some tumult in the room and then she heard a gasp. "Omg! Yes yes yes! Of course i will!"
I need to get out of here, Beatrice thought to herself. "Come on LuLu! We're going for a walk!" The little dog jumped happily over to her and she put on the leash. They walked right past Elle and Javon hugging. Yuck! She thought. He is really gross. I don't get what she sees in him. She should just have stayed away from him and waited until she found someone better. I will definitely never fall for a loser like Javon. That's for sure!
As she walked out of the driveway from her house, Bea thought of what it would be like to date a guy, kiss and even sleep with a guy. Did she actually want to try it? All she really cared about was animals and her singing. She knew she could get far in the singing business if she had the right agent. Now is the time to practice! she thought. And she started singing in a low voice mostly to herself, but also to her pup. As she walked by the park while singing a happy tune, she didn't notice the police car pull up behind her.
"Stop right there miss!" Bea looked over her shoulder. Behind her stood a very mean looking police woman. "You're out past your curfew. You're coming with me." Bea hung her head low and followed the police woman to the car, picked up LuLu and sat in the back of the police car. Now she had really done it. She had been so focused on walking LuLu and singing that she had forgotten about the time.
"You're lucky i found you, you know," the police lady was trying to make small talk. "It isn't safe out here for you youngsters in the middle of the night. Anything could happen." She looked at Bea in the mirror while driving. "You would be surprised at how many freaks lives in this town. And i'm not talking about the supernatural. I'm talking about perverts that would do anything to get their hands on a young lady like yourself."
Stop talking! Stop talking! God i hate the police!
The police woman kept making small talk with Bea until they reached their goal. "Here we are. Now if you just take your little pup, i'll walk you to the door."
They got out of the car and Bea put LuLu on the sidewalk with her leash still attached to the collar. They walked up to the door and as she was about to open it, Elle came running towards her.
"Ma'am i'm glad i caught you out of bed. Your daughter..." The police woman started, but got cut short by Elle.
"I'm not her mother," she said with disapproval in every syllable. "I'm her sister. Her mother is upstairs in bed and doesn't know she has been missing. Thank god. She would have been out of her mind with worry if she did." She turned to Beatrice. "Go inside. I'll have a little talk with the police woman and then i'll deal with you." Bea turned to walk inside with LuLu by her side. After a few minutes, Elle joined her in the hallway. "What the hell do you think you are doing outside at this time of night?" She said in an accusing tone. "You better march up to bed straight away. I'll give LuLu her food and put her to sleep."
"I hate you!" Bea exclaimed. "Why are you always so mean to me? You used to be cool and all that, but now you are just a mean old woman!"
As Bea turned to walk up the stairs, Javon appeared from the other room. "That was so hot babe!" he grabbed hold of Elle and kissed her right in front of Bea, much to her displeasure.
I guess they are really going to get married, Beatrice thought to herself as she laid in bed ten minutes later.
There was a knock on the door. "Come in," Bea called sleepily from her bed.
The door opened and in came Elle with LuLu in her arms. "I just wanted to put her to bed." She said, walking over and placing her in the dog bed. When she stood in the door opening ready to leave, she turned and looked at Beatrice. "Bea, it's not that i hate you, or at all despise you, but you have to grow up sometime. You're fourteen now. You have to start acting more adult. I'm just trying to help you."
"By grounding me? You think that will help me? You're sick!"
She looked down at her feet, sighed and closed the door as she left.
I hurriedly opened the door and went out to get her. She was freezing cold and wet from the rain.
I brought her in to dry her and then i fed her some dog biscuits. She loved those little treats. She was my best friend in the whole world. When I was sad she would listen and when I was happy she would brighten my day even more. I couldn't wish for a better companion.

Third Person Pov
One night, while everyone was relaxing in the living room, the doorbell rang suddenly. Elle hurried out to greet the guest that was lurking outside the windows. Beatrice sneaked behind Elle's back to see who it was. And in came - Javon Quick! Elle's estranged boyfriend.
Apparently he had been away at military camp for a year and had now returned to take back Elle as his girlfriend. As they walked in, Bea hid behind the wall in the other room so she could hear what they said. She heard them kiss and then Javon said: "God i've missed you Elle. This last year has really shown me how much you mean to me. Would you by any chance even think about getting back together with me?" Yuck! Bea couldn't believe how cheesy he sounded.

Beatrice's Pov
After a few days I decided i'd better own up to my responsibility. I started repairing and cleaning various objects in our house.
And it didn't go unnoticed my Elle and my mom. After a week they decided to let me off the hook with a warning that if it happened again i would be grounded until i graduate. Yikes!
Things kind of went back to normal after that. LuLu had found a new joy though: waking me up in the morning by jumping into my bed barking like mad. When i woke up she would just sit there looking at me so innocently. It was cute but still annoying, especially in the weekends when i wanted to sleep in.
"Have you seen LuLu?" I asked my mom one night when i couldn't find her anywhere.
"No i haven't. It's strange how quiet it is now, isn't it." She walked into the kitchen to start on dinner when she said in a low voice: "It's quite nice, it is."
Annoyed i went through the entire house calling out for her. When there was no response i decided to go get some dinner. She had to appear sometime. As i sat down to eat i heard her whining. Where the hell was she? Was she hurt? There it was again. Oh god, it was coming from outside!
She was looking in through the window. Elle had probably locked the back door again. God damn her.I hurriedly opened the door and went out to get her. She was freezing cold and wet from the rain.
I brought her in to dry her and then i fed her some dog biscuits. She loved those little treats. She was my best friend in the whole world. When I was sad she would listen and when I was happy she would brighten my day even more. I couldn't wish for a better companion.
