2.7 Egypt

When i do not mention it is someone's Pov or is Third person, it is Camille's Pov i write in. Like the following.

On Spooky Day i was invited to a costume party by Tristan Van Gould.
His place was huge! I was impressed. I would be a fool not to be. Even though i had dressed up as a bunny, this would be, it seemed, the perfect time to let him know i wouldn't be dating him any more. I hadn't heard from him for a long time, so it kind of seemed obvious, but i soon found out it wasn't. Apparently to  him a year is almost like a couple of days. He didn't take it well when i told him about my feelings. I found out that what i fear the most is a mob of angry vampires. Never try to break up with a vampire! If they don't try to bite you they will most likely try to kill you. I barely made it out alive! I hurried home in my car, thankful that none of them were tailing me. I just hoped they would keep on leaving me alone.
When i got home i went straight up to Elle's bedroom. She was just sitting on the floor playing with her xylophone toy. Aw what a beautiful girl. Soon she would grow up to be a 7 year old child. She could even walk and talk now. She would tell me herself when she was getting hungry. She used the potty herself as well. It wasn't long before she would be using the toilet instead. I then realized i wanted another. I wanted more children and to do that i needed a man. I already had a child with whose father i wasn't involved with. Now i wanted the normal husband and child kind of relationship. And since i hadn't been too lucky with the men in this town, maybe i could find one while traveling.
I decided to try Egypt this time.
It took many hours flight to reach my destination, but when i did i found myself at a camp with tents all around me, a fire pit and a poster for adventurers.
It read that someone named Ameen needed help. Something about MorcuCorp, business and the Egyptian Government. It sounded interesting so i headed over to him immediately and explained that i had seen his poster at the camp.

He told me he left some papers in the Tomb of Discovery and asked me to go get them. "You will of course be compensated for this," he said with a thick Egyptian accent. "I will be waiting here at my home for your return. And please don't take too long."
I hurried off to the tomb. I was surprised to discover that it was in the base camp.

I entered and was met with a pair of stairs. I followed them down to a door and through the door. I ended up in a small room with two locked doors, a chest and a pile of old golden coins.
I opened the chest to find a keystone in the shape of a half moon. I figured it was to go in the moon shaped key slot next to one of the doors. I picked up the golden coins on the floor and went over and put the keystone into the slot. The door opened and revealed a seemingly empty room apart from a slap of concrete on the floor with a pattern of feet on it. I went to stand on it and suddenly a staircase appeared.

I walked down the stairs and into a room where there were another slab of concrete. And a skeleton! Was it real?
It didn't scare me though. I was an adventurer! Yes, i couldn't be scared by a fake skeleton. Yes, it's made of plastic, i found out when touching it. It's just here to scare off adventurers like me.
I went further and further into the tomb, exploring a lot of new things i hadn't seen before like statues that needed moving onto different looking slabs.
And then, i finally found the room i was looking for. In a chest that was situated in the middle of the room in front of a wall, i found the papers.
In the same room there was a part of the wall that seemed a bit different than the rest of the wall. I tried feeling on it and pushing it.

And suddenly it began to move!
Inside it revealed a chest and a pile of golden coins. I picked up the coins and looked in the chest. There was an old stone relic inside. I took it with me and began to find my way back outside.
I reported back to Ameen and he gave me some golden coins as a reward. After that he gave me another job to do. I was to see this Aisha Lufti person whom apparently had something for me to do.
After i had talked to Aisha and she had given me a job to do, i took a break and went to the market to see what they had to offer. I really wanted a camera, not only for me, but also for Elle. I wanted to give her one for her birthday. Not one of those cheap ones you buy at the normal shops. In Egypt you could buy a top notch camera, for quite an amount of money of course, but they were the best!

I went to the general store first, where i met Zahra Diab.
I told her what i was looking for and she said she had exactly that. I soon found myself with two brand new Hikon QX40di Gladiator cameras, a scooter, an incense holder and a chest.
Then it was time to get some food. I ordered Aloo Masala Curry. Something i had never heard of before.
I was indeed curry and very strong. I sat down at one of the tables outside to enjoy my dinner.
The last thing i did that evening was go to the bookstore.
Here i bought a book on photography and some recipe books on Shawarma and Falafel.
The sun was setting and i was getting tired from exploring and shopping. I went back to the base camp and set up my tent. I still had the tent i bought in France. It was way better than the ones that was already set up. I also preferred to use my own instead of one that someone else had used for various things besides sleeping.

The next day as i woke up there were a new arrival in the camp. She looked kind of familiar but i put my finger on it. "Hi i'm Camille Holmberg. You seem..."
"Oh my, aren't this a small world. Camille!"
I stood starring blankly at her.
"Oh of course you have never met me, but i've heard all about you. Though that was years ago," she mumbled the last to herself. "Oh well, i am Henri's sister Eveline Fouchier!"
"Oh hi. I thought you seemed familiar somehow. You look just like him!"

"Thank you," she said removing some hair that was in her face. "Oh this is absolutely fabulous! How is my brother? I haven't talked to him in years!"
"He's fine, thank you for asking. He has a daughter. With me." I smiled at her.
"You're married? I can't believe i wasn't invited to the wedding!"
"Oh no, no no. We're not married. We just kind of was together one drunken night and i ended up pregnant. I was actually with... someone else at the time." I mumbled the last part. She looked at me in a weird way, almost like she pitied me. I didn't like it, so i quickly changed the subject. "You might want to see some pictures of out little girl. See..." i took out my wallet where i had pictures from each of her birthdays. "Here she is only one year old. And see here she's two. And here she's three..."It went on with all her birthdays. "So she's turning six soon. Actually next month."
"Oh she is absolutely adorable! You are so lucky. My husband and i have no children. I can't, you see, conceive. We've tried multiple times with science, but to no avail. It just appears god is not with us on this one."
Oh my, i'm so sorry to hear that." I felt sympathy with this woman, who was Henri's sister. The man i once loved but who turned me down.
"I've learned to live with it. We just didn't feel right about adopting, so we've filled our lives with traveling instead. Last month we were in China. This time it was Egypt. Have you ever been to China?"
"No not yet, but i really want to."
"Oh you definitely should visit there. It is a wonderful country. They have martial arts classes open to anyone, free of charge, you know. I'm becoming quite skilled myself, i must say."
"Well that sounds wonderful! I'm really into sports, so that would be perfect for me." I liked this woman. She was so open and full of life, despite her not being able to have kids.
"Well i must be off. It was nice meeting you. Please say hi to my brother for me. Okay, bye!" And she wondered off just as suddenly as she  had appeared. I had to get going as well. I had some more exploring to do and of course, finding a man was still a goal of my trip.
I had been tasked with finding four turquoise gems for Aisha Lufti. I went all over the place to try and locate them. At around 23:00 in the evening i had them all. I returned them to Aisha and she gave me another task. She wanted me to get close to some Egyptian citizens and ask them about MorcuCorp. This seemed pretty easy. But i still wanted to wait until the next day since i was pretty beat after running around all day.
This was soon going to be the best trip i had ever been on.

The next day i went to the market. Here i met Marwan Chigaru. He was attractive and seemed nice and easy to talk to. I didn't get to talk a lot with him though as he had to leave for work. I hoped to get to talk to him again.

A couple of days later i met up with Marwan Chigaru. I found out he was Family Oriented, single and our star signs matched! Not that the latter really mattered, but it was a nice touch. he seemed perfect for me. Now i just needed to seduce him.
It went quite smoothly. He was so nice to me. We talked about this and that and soon we were kissing. The date went on until the morning and it was magical as we woohoo'ed in my tent. I had never thought i would do public woohoo, but here i was, doing it. He was just so amazing and very good in bed/tent.

Later that night i returned to Aisha. She had another job for me to do. I was to enter the Tomb of the Burning Sands and gather flame fruit for her. I didn't know yet what she needed it for, but as long as i got payed i didn't care.

The next day I invited Marwan out on a date. I asked him to be my boyfriend and he happily accepted! Finally i had a steady relationship. He was a little older than me but i didn't care. I was slowly falling in love with. Is now the time? I thought to myself. Or should i wait for him to do it? No, i have to take action myself.
I got down on one knee.
"What are you doing?" He asked.
"Marwan, i am crazy in love with you. I want to spend the rest of my life getting to know you in and out. Will you marry me?"
"Oh my god! Yes yes! I will!"
"You make me so happy i could cry!"

"Then what do you say about making it final now?"
"Now? Sure why not. Who needs a big wedding anyway." We laughed together.
We did the ceremony right then and there, beside the bathroom stall.

He moved in with me immediately. He was so brave. Who knew i would end up married on my trip?! Not me, that's for sure. Now i couldn't wait to start a family, and apparently he felt the same way.
"What do you say we start practicing?" He winked at me, and we hurried to the tent to have some intimate time together.

The next day i went to explore the Tomb of the Burning Sands. It was as i feared. There was fire everywhere.

I tried to avoid it most of the times. Though thankfully there were a lot of water wells where i could soak up and then be able to cross the fire traps when needed. I also found chests full of treasure. And also a mummy appeared out of a sarcophagus.

I got to take a picture with it though with my new camera. It was amazing. The picture must sertainly be worth lots of simoleons!
I didn't get to finish the adventure of the tomb though. After a while i had to get to the plane in time for take-off. Marwan was waiting for me at the airport when i arrived.
"Thank god you made it!" he exclaimed. "I was afraid i had to go meet your family without you."
"Yeah, well i'm here now. Let's get going." We boarded the flight and many hours later we were back home in Moonlight Falls.
"Welcome home honey. Let's go introduce you." I said lovingly, taking his hand in mine.
